The 39th 
International Congress of Theoretical Chemists of Latin Expression will be dedicated to present the new theories, models, methodologies, applications, and results of Theoretical and Computational Chemistry to the international scientific community of Latin expression, being open to the world scientific community. The exchange of ideas, strategies and techniques and the development of fruitful international collaborations are some of the aims of this congress. This meeting will be a good opportunity to explore, discuss and exchange scientific works of the worldwide community.
